Please anybody know how activate counter pmRrcConnEstabFailFailureInRadioProcedure in Ericsson LTE 17Q3?

You need to define them in the defined scanner.
Or better said: include those counters in already defined scanner.

The problem is that I don’t have this counter in the list.

Maybe is a ENIQ generated counter.
“Event based”.
Has to be active in ENIQ, like timing advance.

I have counter in ENIQ but is empty.

It is in events, but how I can active this?

Event based statistics (EBS) need Ericsson help to activate, i believe.
