How to add same colors to two different layers in QGIS

Hello Everyone,

I want to assign same colors to the PCI samples and the sectors. Both belong to different data sets and are 2 different layers in QGIS. Any way we can correlate the PCI coverage with the sector color. I dont want to do the manual way since i might have to do 900+ colors so looking for ways to do it with a plugin or code
