We are doing trace of mobile phone for analyzing, and the support request us the IMSI of the device.

So honnestly I don’t know which interface, sorry…

Trace did on RNC with megamon .

Ok. So to provide support the IMSI of the device you want trace on.

If this is test device you have, then you can check in settings for IMSI.
Which model is it?

If this is one of the customers then you can either call them or you can ask the Core guys to share IMSI.

I got the IMSI from Core guy

Brilliant. glad its resolved.

For future, traces are applied to IMSIs so support guys will always ask for the IMSI.

I checked good, you can check IMSI on POCO by dially *#06#

Only a note: IMSI is by SIM, not terminal (device).

Some brands may not show the IMSI by dialing *#06#, so you can try dial *#*#4636#*#* and check this information on Phone Information 1 menu. Most Android devices has this feature.
