How to find HPLMN within frequency scanning of 5G NSA network?

Hello Experts.

I have a question for performing frequency scanning of 5G NSA network.

We can not identify MCC and MNC of 5G network since HPLMN information is broadcasted through LTE anchor frequency.

Is there any solution to find HPLMN within frequency scanning of 5G NSA network?

If can find HPLMN info from 5G, so it shouldn’t be NSA anymore and even why in NSA UE should find HPLMN from 5G while its based on LTE?

My project is to perform 5G frequency scanning for the sake of identifying external 5G MNO which are interfering local 5G MNO.

You know, if I want to escalate interference from any sources, the log file must include HPLMN information otherwise it will be useless in front of accused operator.

I am using Quectel RM510Q-GL module.
