How to identify unbalance between LTE cells?

Hi All,
One question in LTE:
I have 2 cells C1,C2 of same band and bandwidth.

C1 have avg 40 GB traffic with prb utilisation 80%
C2 have avg 80 GB traffic with prb utilisation 70%

What needs to be checked to identify this imbalance?

MCS --> RSRP/RSRQ/SINR. Higher PRB with lower data means network is using more resources, repetitions and lower MCS.

I guess C2 has more power defined than C1

How can I resolve PRB imbalance between bands in LTE?

MLB feature.
Change CIO, try to change idle reselection parameters.

Which vendor?

All vendors have MLB feature.

For Huawei.

For huawei, check the MO CELLMLB in Huawei dumps, there you will find all MLB related parameters.

The MLB switch itself is in MO cellAlgoswitch under loadbalancing algo switches.

It needs a license as well.

IMLB weights, AMLE activation, Idle reselection thr, A2-A5 thresh tunings, inter freq LB, Check tilts setting.

Check PRB Utilization then Connected Users and Load Balancing.

Sometimes few cells have users that using multiple PRBs and causing load on the cell.

Try to graph PRB utilization, and according the result, if one of the carriers are unbalance, you can change the cell Reselection Priority between them in order to balance utilization resources.

MLB is activated by defaults but this is basic optimization action required like (1)

For example if Sector having 2 Carrier L1800 and L800 and L1800 carrier more traffic which carry more PRB and Low PRB utilization at L800.

You can simply Uptilt L800 Cell and Changes L1800 RxLev Thresold from -120 dBm to -115 dBm.
