How to measure UL QoE?

Hello Experts.

To measure UL QoE, throughput is not the best option since it will depend on the user need of big data bursts.

So what do you guys use to measure UL QoE?

You could consider UL Tx power not to be limited to 23 dBm in LTE and 24.5 dBm in NR NSA for the UE.

If this is OK then look at RB occupancy in UL.

If not over 95% then all is OK on cell.
