Hello All.

Can any one advice on how to upgrade TOTAL RRU / RRH POWER?

Iin Huawei LTE RRU.

In Huawei, 4G uses the remaining power in the RRU.

It is not configurable like Nokia pmax.

As per the DSP Cell Maximum transmit power (0.1 dBm) is 400.

We try to Change Pa Pb to 0 while keeping LTE RS RE Power (port), dBm at 18.3 and try to increase Maximum transmit power (0.1 dBm) to 430 it RRU power to 40 W.

So this can not achieve?

No, you got me wrong.

I mean you can tune Rs, Pa, Pb to use all the remaining power in the RRU which is ready to be used by 4G directly without the need to configure max power like other vendors.

Like Nokia for example, you have to configure PMAX in LTE.

This is a Nokia parameter to assign max configured power in 4G.

While in Huawei you can configure only RS, Pa, Pb…

Tune those 3 parameters to use all the remaining power in the RRU.
