Huawei U2020 Signaling Trace Management Issue – Blank Screen

Hi all,
I was trying to get S1-X2-Uu unition trace using huawei U2020 using the signalling trace management option. In the past, I was able to open it and capture the traces. But now, the window is not loading. I am getting a blank screen while trying to open this(snap shot is also attached). All my collegues are facing the same issue.
what could be the probable causes? We neither have huawei support or a propwer oss team to check it here. Kindly help.

Plugin is not loading, check this: Huawei U2020: management plug-in not loading

I would do this in this order:

  1. Log in and log out
  2. Try with an admin account of Huawei ( on forums you will get credentials for this)
  3. restart machine
  4. reinstall U2020
  5. reinstall OS windows and then U2020
