Hi friends, I have a very special problem in LTE network.
In drive test I have one PCI that don’t have in area but have Neighbor 1
My server is PCI 90 all OK, but with very bad condition CINR -11
Why I have PCI 384 if geographically it is impossible?

It is either handset problem: Try another Handset.
Or something overshooting from a border or overseas neighbor country.
Or any misconfiguration in your own network.
