In 2 CC CA does UE report 2 phr, 2 harq acknowledgement?
In harq process which mcs used?
Is it DL or UL 2CC?
MCS varies on radio conditions whether it’s 1CC or 4CC or 8CC every CC will have different MCS and every CC will have its own HARQ entity and PHR is sent only on Primary CC in UL.
It is DL 2CC.
Without CA with 2 CW using TM4/TM3 need to check for harq MCS.
It will be QPSK.

For 2CC you mean PHR report on PCell only?
What about HARQ acknowledge on PUCCH? Is it on still PCell with 2 DL CC?
Yes PHR is sent on Pscell only , I haven’t seen so far that it sends on Scell even in case of UL CC.
And yes: if UL 2CC is not configured, PUCCH will be on Pscell.

Yes right. In case of only DL CA PHR is not sent for SCell.
Harq, Ack, Nack are sent only on PCell UL, even though UL CA is configured.
