Inter-Operator Drive Test Benchmarking

Hi Experts.
For inter-operator DT BM, I have selected the following scenarios, any suggestions/correction would be appreciated.

  1. Mid duration call (3mins) on 2G/3G/4G auto while VoLTE is disabled to include CSFB testing.
  2. Mid duration call (3mins) on auto while VoLTE is enabled.
  3. 2G/3G/4G auto mode dedicated drive loop(DL,UL HTTP, FTP DL, Youtube streaming, WhatsApp messaging, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Ping testing then repeat)
  4. 2G/3G/4G/5G auto mode dedicated (same loop as earlier while using multiple FTP/HTTP files at the same time to avoid speeds being capped for a single TCP connection)

The aim is to test real user experience in the best way possible.

All this test are 1 mobile :calling: for test?

No there will be more or less 18 UEs.

As we have 3 operators and for calls we’ll have MOC/MTC so calling scenarios may exhaust 12 UE’s

That’s why we chose mid range call duration to test for all accessibility, mobility and retain-ability without having to split short and long calls.

Maybe you can add one or two tests, but I think it’s already pretty good.

Can you please suggest/specify the additional tests on your mind?

Also any guidance on the dedicated loop script, durations, sizes etc.
