Will the UE always send a 2 step rach if it is supported or will it only depend on CBRA and CFRA? Or is it the case if the UE and gNodeB suports 2-step rach, it will always send a 2-step rach
If I send a 2 step rach and the gNodeB doesn’t properly, does that mean the gNodeB does not support release-16?
