Is 5G really able to withstand 1 million devices per square kilometer?

Hi Experts.

Does currently deployed 5G systems actually provides the services like 1ms latency, 1M connections / km^2?

If yes, then how the massive connectivity is achieved as 5G NR uses ODMA.

Is OFDMA Capable of accommodating 1M devices?

This is still a theoretical assumption supported by few simulation works to verify & prepare whether the future network is ready once each of us will be connected to more than 10 smart objects in a very densely populated area.

Also it considers these cellular LPWAN, like NB-IoT occupy extremely smaller bandwidth with low power to send sensor data to communicate, rather than broadband type communications by human which is bigger.
