Is any free Simulator available for NMS GUI?

Hi Experts,
I am new in RF optimization domain, and I want to simulate various NMS parameter for different OEM.
Is there any free simulator available in market?
As an example I want to change qrxlevelmin in OSS
In that way i want to hands on in NMS like:

  • Nokia (NetAct)
  • Huawei (u2020)
  • ZTE (Netnumen)
  • Ericsson (Moshell/ENM)

Experts please help me on this.
