I have seen it since 2016.
Lots of current networks use it.
For example Band 38 + Band 3 + band 8

Yes it is possible and is widely used these days.
We are using it with FDD Band 1/3/7 with TDD Band 40 successfully.

This setup allows a User Equipment (UE) to utilize the extensive coverage of FDD Uplink while benefiting from the significant performance enhancement offered by the TDD carrier for Downlink operations.
Yes we did it with Nokia equipment FDD band 1 3 20 and TDD 41.
