The BAlist in 2G Huawei gets updated automatically when you declare a new neighbor in the neighbor table of a cell.

My question is: is there a posibility to manually add frequencies into the BAlist without needing to add a neighbor?

LST / MOD GCELL2GBA1

(It’s long time, not able to recall exact command).
