Is PUSCH 256 QAM really good for NR Uplink as shown?
As DL 256 QAM in LTE adaptive has seen bad issues…
Maybe high MCS fluctuations in poor coverage can lead to more drops.
Or poor TP.
Yes, it is.
]But some RAN vendors did not support it till recently.
UL 256 QAM NR.
You also should be careful about your expectations because very probably there will be low amount of UE which could support NR UL 256QAM. It’s better to check it in your network.
From my experience, even for many modern Lte networks only 5-10% of UEs support UL 256QAM.
