In the process of initial access between the gNB and the UE, the gNB needs to send a RAR message in order to complete the process.
The sending of the RAR message occurs after a PRACH message is received, the PRACH message is sent at a certain time and frequency that is marked in advance within the SIB message 1.
I want to know if there is a parameter that defines to the UE where the RAR message is going to be transmitted?
Is there any parameter that indicates CORESET with the DCI sent for the RAR message?
