Is there any way to calculate the VoIP traffic like Whatsapp in each site, each cell?

Any counters ?

Vendor is Huawei.

In LTE Voice can be mapped over QCI1 and QCI7.

And DL traffic can be measured with counter DLTrafficVolume_QCI _1 and DLTrafficVolume_QCI _7 respectively.

I am afraid services based (WhatsApp, Youtube) traffic segregation is not possible in RAN performance, but can be done throughput probe solution.

Might be possible if WhatsApp is mapped to a specific QCI by Core and users using it shift to that QCI as a result.

For one operator I worked at previously, shifted Open Signal Users to QCI-6, but this has to be done through Core.

But I am talking about OTT voice service like Whatsapp.

Yes, for VoLTE I mean.

But how do you expect RAN to distinguish specific WA traffic? Only if it is mapped on a specific single QCI like 7

And no other traffic is carried over QCI7, only whatsapp

And even after you do this in Huawei those are all counters for QCI7.

Nothing related to Quality.

Generally, QCI7 is used for Voice, video, and interactive non GBR services.

If you are using only one QCI for all non-GBR services then it might be possible configuration of Specific service for QCI7 will work.

Please check the QCI wise traffic as first step.

You can performe Drive Test using TEMS for example.
I am sure it has some KPIs to show YouTube, WhatsApp quality of service
