Is there any way to capture the angle of arrival (AOA) in 5G /4G?
It’s calculated by gNodeB / eNodeB on basis of SRS reported by UE.
You can check it in BTS logs.
At node end you need to capture BTS logs.
Is it for which vendor? You need to check.
Nokia and Ericsson both.
Log collection done by care team as it required specific tools to parse BTS/system logs.
Once you have logs output you can get each user where SRS activated. Vertical and horizontal position.
It’s useful in mu-mimo algorithm.
