Is there Inter-RAT Interference in DSS Cell Overlapping area?

Yes, if you have 5G DSS in 2100 interfere 4G L2100.
Like if you have -85 dBm in 4G L2100, the SNR is very low 1-2 dB , because of 5G DSS neighbours cells.
