Is Tm4 only used in FDD techniques?

Hi Experts,

Is Tm4 only used in FDD techniques?
In Tdd Tm4 would not assigned by UE.
Max possible TM3 only assigned.
Max TM will increase the throughput.
If we want get the higher TM what can we adjust the parameter to increase the throughput.

In case of TDD tm3 is assigned frequently because of channel reciprocity and in FDD DL/UL is separated so for better channel estimation TM4 is assigned.
But tm4 is not limited to FDD only.
TM4 can be assigned to both TDD/FDD.
