Can anyone Help me with the lbA5Thr1RsrpFreqOffset Parameter? or with any doc what are the values how it help in offloading traffic
This parameter value is set to defined threshold for RSRP to Load balance.
In our NW we defined its value is 97 on required EARFCN to always allowed for Load balance.
