LTE cells with very high PUSCH RSSI on multiple bands across the network and RSSI does not follow traffic

Hi Experts.

We are seeing LTE cells with very high PUSCH RSSI on multiple bands across the network.

The RSSI does not follow traffic.

Any idea what could be the reason and what can I check to see if something can be done on HW/SW?

External Interference can be a reason but that is a longer project item so trying to see if anything else could be a cause.
