Hello everyone,
I would like to know which are the LTE radio meters (counters) which can indicate congestion on transmission links.
I am thinking of Packet Loss and DL Latency, but they are also incremented in cases where there is no congestion on the transmission links.
And in the case of packet loss, what is the threshold that will indicate this congestion.

Vendor is Ericsson and Huawei.
