Dear experts,
Is it correct to say that with -124 dBm RSRP levels there will be no UL throughput?
As I understand UL throughput levels (as any Thr levels) depend on not level of signal but on SNR and MCS in UL.
According to what I can see from my Drive Test results our Base Station has 20W per Tx (MIMO2x2, TM3) and at -115 dBm there is no UL traffic (almost 0 kbps).
UE PUSCH Avg MCS are about 4-6 values
