In Order to decrease CDR & L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.Radio.ULSyncFail and Enhances the uplink timing reliability and reduces the out-of-synchronization probabilities.
Command:
MOD TATIMER:LocalCellId=X, TimeAlignmentTimer=INFINITY, TimingAdvCmdOptSwitch=ON.

This parameter is already aligned with the mentioned.
Please suggest any other parameters.
You can adjust the parameter using MML command “MOD RLCPDCPPARAGROUP”
enodeBPollRetransmitTimer=Tpollretrans_m200;
UEPollRetransmitTimer=Tpollretrans_m200;
Recommended to tune same value for both, in order to have same gain for uplink and downlink sides.
check if there is interference or whether operations or modifications are performed
