In LTE inter frequency HO does priority of frequency is considered or frequency with strongest RSRP is considered for target cell selection?
No priority in connected mode.
Target cell/freq is selected as per MR received.
Fisrt received MR is first choice.
There are some features like “Frequency priority based handover” which takes priority account.
But this priority is different than cell reselection priority.
