Hi everyone, I need some advice from a radio optimization perspective.
In a network with 4 bands (L800, L1800, L2600) and 3 LTE layers, an issue appeared after a software upgrade. Only the L1800 frequency was affected, showing problems like ERAB drop rate and intra/inter-frequency issues.
However, after reverting the software, KPIs returned to normal, with minimal radio connection UE losses observed.
What could be the root cause of this? Could it be related to RRC re-establishment KPIs?
