Max UE power 23 dBm
PRACH ramping step 4 dB
What happen in case Init preamble power is 21 dB, in next shoot?
Will UE preamble power be 23 dBm or it will stay 21 dBm as 21+4 > 23?
It will stay at 23 dBm for all next max 10 attempts.
OK, so it will increase to the max anyway.
I see for oppo different so I wanted to check.
It is staying in 21 dBm range for some reason…
