Can we download Measurements Report in Huawei, as we can fetch from Ericsson OSS, like MR, NCS, etc?

There are counter l.ra.ta values mentioned in hedex it’s distance
They starts with l.ra.ta.

The mearuement report I undesrtand that is a RSCP of all UE in the cell in a determinated time.
