Minimum RSRP between Serving and Neighbor cell to avoid SINR degradation

Hi Experts, I have Question to 5G team.
What is the the minimum RSRP between Serving cell and Neighbor cell to avoid SINR degradation at good RSRP range?
Our scenario we are in good RSRP but our SINR is bad, we do see lots of overlapping cells.

Check if 3 or more PCIs inside 5 dB window.

Do you have any written document mentioned it shold be more than 5 dB.
I know in LTE it should be 6 dB.

From scanner test, you can detect areas with possible interference problems and bad dominance (common rule).
