mMIMO usefulness (FDD x TDD)

Hi Experts,

I want to know why mMIMO is more useful in TDD than FDD technology.
What are the key differentiation to use this feature exclusively in TDD only?

The reason is that in TDD precoding matrix can be constituted from SRS measurements in uplink or CSI-RS measurements in downlink.
Whereas in FDD is available only from CSI-RS measurements in downlink.

Quick Solution & I will remember by below simple lines…

TDD is better in Channel estimation as using same frequency & hence requires less channel estimation time, so system has more time for data transmission, therefore, increase in system spectral efficiency.
