Hello Ericsson experts.

I need your support with this issue. I have been trying to figure out the reason for this issue.
This is a 4G site.
I am currently logged on the Ericsson 4G baseband.
I checked the alarms I am seeing this alarm on all the 4G cells.
MO Configuration Exceeds Resources Enabled by the Key SectorCarrier=900_800_S1 (Shortage of Throughput 75 Mbps (CXC4012471) AI: P:78->84)

Check the SW license foe thruput per carrier, CA combo.

Usually CXC is license related.

Check other working site exact config…then compare the license which is loaded… either missed to load / config or not ordered.

License issue!

You need a new license or maybe the site has no license at all.

Yes, as said above, it its related to the License.

Check the capacity and and quantity in the pool, maybe you neex to extend it.
