Assuming HO relations are OK: Is the first step to fine tune the Ax events In/Out thresholds or fine tune the timers and related parameters?
Shall we do both?

If you should rate efficiency in % of Ax and timers in KPI improvement what will it be?
(To know how many time spend on both)

Check attempts and fails, timers can only save for specific cases but Ax can impact more for all the cases.
