Nokia and Ericsson ICM bands

Hey guys.
I have a question about ICM bands on both Nokia and Ericsson vendors.

I know that band 1 and 5 are defined in 3GPP and all other are vendor specific (some vendors will allow it to be changed).
But in order to avoid stepchanges from PRE to POST swap, band from 2 to 4 should be aligned.
Do any of you know if either Ericsson or Nokia allows to change the power level per ICM band?
