Hello Everyone.

Can anyone assist me with Nokia handover/attempt neighbor counters? Specifically, how can I fetch these counters along with the source and destination details? Which counter should be used for this purpose?

If you have access to Nokia NetAct under 4G, there is a default report, RSLTE0031, available under the mobility section. Using this report, you can download per-neighbor KPIs.

Is a similar per-neighbor dump available for BSC/RNC in NetAct?

If yes, could you kindly share the report ID?

Yes, it is available in the dump for created neighbors as well.

For example:

  • 4G to 4G:
    • Use the lnadj table for site-to-site data.
    • Use the lnrel table for cell-to-cell data.
  • 4G to 3G:
    • Use the lnadjw table for site-to-cell data.
    • Use the lnrelw table for cell-to-cell data.

Sorry, but I couldn’t find any predefined GSM-GSM or GSM-WCDMA per-neighbor reports.

Could you kindly explain how to create such a report, if possible? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I need the neighbor handover attempts and successes of cells in the BSC for a specific day.

I recall seeing a report during a project in 2021.

If I’m not mistaken, the report numbers for UMTS in NetAct are 44 and 45.

Try searching report 153 in NetAct. Shows NBR HO Attempts and Fails for a fixed period.
