I’m getting daily NR drop degradation with the cause random access problem.
Also this degradation is not continuous it’s like 1 hour spike daily at any random hour.
What can we check or do for improvement?

Well, something bad with UL coverage.
Try to evaluate UL RSSI levels and/or UE Tx power while performing Drive Tests.
Basic checks (HW faults and e.tilts) should be done as well.

Some traffic suddenly enters the edge of your cell like happens in subway or poor coverage areas.
check Ta counters and Ul quality.
Normally Ue issues are not counted as random access issues.
Also check root sequence conflicts in the overlapping cells
