Hi Experts.
Observing NR SCG fail with cause rlc-maxnumretx (in lab).
Can we assume RF connection issue here?

Yes, strong fading. Check your RSRP and UE TX Power.

Couldn’t be an issue with Link Adaptation, as an example, or CQI reporting?
Or an issue with ClosedLoop powr control?
Is it bench (IOT testing) or commercial product (OTA)?
