In NSA scenario, If just LTE capable users will appear, can they get just LTE service?

Or if LTE used just for anchor, what will happen for such case?

if the UE supporting only 4G it will see LTE network only. in case of 5G SA, 4G UEs won’t be served unless an EPC is defined (virtually) inside the 5G core

If LTE capable device (without 5G capability) is appearing in NSA (LTE anchor cell+5G cell) it will be served by LTE anchor cells only. User just will have LTE service as in conventional LTE network. He even will not know that is using NSA.
