NSA having Good UL Throughput while SA having Low UL Throughput

We are facing hybrid model site 5G UL Throughput issue between NSA and SA.

NSA is having Good UL Throughput while SA having Low UL Throughput.

Don’t you have some LTE UL Throughput in NSA?
