Nokia Experts : anyone has optimized default value of “pdcchUlDlBal”, which is 0.5 .
Want to know if fine tune is recommended and how.

This is a part of LTE616: Usage Based PDCCH
Adaptation feature and if anyone has experienced seeing benefit on optimized value of mentioned parameter.
