Hi all,
Which parameter to be defined from dl/ul configured channel to dl only channel to improve handover?

This failures will not affect the end-user.
But still wanted your HO% looks 100 then you have to set isHoallowed to false & isremovedAllowed to false from your DL/UL cells to dl only cells (changes can be done in EutranCelllrelation).
