Is there any solution to parse Huawei mml results in order to obtain a CSV file with column for each parameters ?

You can use Boda Lite (but be aware it’s discontinued, althought it still works).
“discontinued” what do you mean ?
Lite (free) version is no longer updated / enhanced.
As you can see in @Emmanuel observation, in the post to download Boda Lite:
