As I understand, there is 1 PDCP entity which sends packets to 2 different RLC entities for the 5G Non-Standalone / Dual Connectivity mode.
If this is true, can someone explain on how does PDCP schedule traffic between the 2 RLC entities? Are there any standard practices?
