Persistent Overlay Issue Despite Cell Removal

Hello Ericsson Experts.

I removed the G1800MHz cells from this site, but the overlay (OL) is still present, affecting availability.

How do I remove the OL from this site?

As you can see in the other photo, there’s no channel group 2 but it is still shown in the cell frequency configuration data.
