Power disturbance alarm cleared, but the sector still down

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with BB5216 equipment. There is an alarm indicating a power disturbance, which is affecting RRU-5 for both 3G and 2G, and it’s also impacting 4G because 4G has been reconfigured to 2G. Despite the power disturbance being cleared, the sector is still down, and a link failure alarm is active.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
