PRB allocation for LTE and 5G NR

Hi Experts.

For NR if we have 273 PRB for FR1 using 100 MHz, then for user Scheduling per slot for 6 users is PRB allocation same like LTE?
I.e. user in good radio conditions CQI 14 and more data demand get high PRB, i.e. 150 then user2 with CQI 13 and less data demand get 100 PRB? Like this continues?

It depends on scheduler type max c/i, round robin or proportional fair.

I’ve not seen scheduler option for NR as configurable parameter.
Seems it’s hard coded.
