Ideally it should not…
Anyone having some insight of Huawei scheduler?
What do you mean by prioritized over MIMO?
Let’s say we have 100 RBs available.
And some data in DL and SINR also very good (say 20 or higher).
Is there any possibility that eNB maximize the RBs required to transfer the data and retain MIMO Rank fix (to 1)?
Ideally it shouldn’t as it will increase DL noise floor but I don’t know how Huawei scheduler treat this situation.
I am getting this issue specifically with FTP.
