If the cell throughput is not high, can reducing the number of PRBs (keep the cell throughput) reduce the energy consumption of the RU?
For example, when a cell transmits to one UE that needs about 300M, 73RBs are used instead of the entire 273RBs, but the MCS is increased. Then, can you reduce the power consumption of the RU?
Is such a feature currently implemented in Scheduler?
